    1. II have been trying to reach British Airways Customer Service by email, letters, and faxes but I had no answer to my emails other than auto response, I called them and I was advised to contact them through their contact form on their website.
      My problem is with a Voucher, they don’t fly the destination I flew to for the past year, I asked them to extend the date on the voucher since January of 2011 but no one responded, now my voucher expired and I lost my money.
      My MCO EXCHANGE COUPON is expiring on the 18th of May of 2011, I need extension of time so I can use this coupon to Europe around the end of this summer.

      I am really frustrated and I don’t know what else to do to get extension on the expiration of this coupon.
      Any ideas? I appreciate any help I get.

      Finally British Airways answered to my complaint!!
      I have received an extension to my MCO EXCHANGE COUPON until 2013

      REMEMBER If you have a complaint about any Airline please post it here and maybe If your complaints are aired publicly, then the airlines will give them more consideration since no airline wants a growing public list of unresolved complaints. And if they don’t, then at least there will be a permanent public record of your complaint for others to read and learn from. I want to page to become the most popular channel of complaints between customers and airlines so that the airlines are forced to respond to customer complaints publicly, and therefore be held publicly accountable for their responses.
